Modeled after the ‘US Navy Seal Training Program’, CodeNation University is designed to push new recruits to their limits. CNU focuses on creating an incubation environment with optimal conditions for a fresh graduate to undergo accelerated learning at a fast pace and become a thorough problem solver at the end of 3 months. Each day offers a nearly insurmountable challenge, and the reward for overcoming it is an even harder one the next day. It’s intense and intimidating, but people emerge on the other end of the program highly confident that they are prepared for anything. The top leadership is on the scene and deeply engaged in it, adding to the unconventional approach— and its phenomenal results.
The recruited students are paid full salaries during the entire duration of the training and all expenses, including travel, accommodation and other fun activities are on us. From bringing in the best food to getting the laundry done, we foot the bill for all menial tasks, making sure the process of learning gets the undivided attention it deserves. It is here where CodeNation’s culture of trust and ownership is instilled. The camaraderie built through this period lasts forever. Naturally, the 3 months are highly intense with both work and fun. The recruits also come away with deep bonds to their fellow recruits and strong ties to the organization, making these 3 months the best time of their careers.
After CNU, all the projects are assessed and if there are product ideas of CNU that pass all the tests, the team gets to further work on the idea. Others pass CNU and work on improving the existing ideas at CodeNation. We hold a high bar because CNU is not only one of the best training bootcamps in the software industry, it is also one of the most intensive bootcamps that ensures an exponential learning at an accelerated pace.
